To further enhance fire resistance capacity, fully popularize fire safety knowledge, strengthen employees' awareness of personal fire safety and self-prevention and self-rescue capabilities, improve the company's fire safety management level, and effectively prevent fire accidents, Henan Tongxin Transmission Co., Ltd. held a special fire safety knowledge training session for new employees.

This special training was hosted by the company's General Affairs Office and delivered by Yang Lin, the HSE Supervisor.

During the training, on-site employees learned and mastered essential skills including how to establish fire safety awareness, prevent fires, extinguish initial fires, and evacuate from fire scenes, which provided instructive guidance for raising fire safety awareness.

Through this training, employees have a deeper understanding of the importance of fire safety and a stronger sense of responsibility for factory fire safety. It has also increased their consciousness of abiding by company rules, regulations and labor disciplines, and strengthened their legal awareness of safety. Furthermore, it has improved employees' professional safety knowledge, enabling them to proficiently master operational technical requirements and the ability to prevent and handle accidents.

The purpose of pre-job training is to help new employees understand the basic situation of the company. It includes education on professional ethics, practical operation skills and labor disciplines, and provides a preliminary introduction to the company's corporate culture, development history and work characteristics, guiding new employees to consciously abide by all company rules and regulations.
