Amid the ongoing pandemic and a sluggish market environment, the company focused on internal consolidation, rectification, capacity building, and self-improvement. On the afternoon of April 23, 2022, a company-wide job analysis exchange and management training session for middle and senior management personnel was held.
Phase 1
In line with the corporate culture, including the corporate vision (to build an enduring company), core values (Loyalty, Professionalism, Endeavor, Innovation, Collaboration, Win-Win, Happiness), and business philosophy (Profit from products, not from customers), each participant conducted a self-analysis based on their own position from three dimensions: work attitude, professional competence, and follow-up plans and measures.
They identified deficiencies in themselves and their departments, formulated personal growth and improvement plans, and outlined work improvement plans for their respective departments. Department heads delivered presentations and reports accordingly.
Phase 2
Ms. Liu Min, Administrative Director, delivered a systematic training for middle and senior managers covering ideology, cognition, correct mindset, values, working methods, the essence of management, time and energy management, and the formulation of follow-up action plans.
Through this training, middle and senior management unified their thinking and understanding, grasped the true essence of management, implemented concrete action plans, built strong teams, and worked together with one heart and one mind. As a result, the overall cohesion of the team was significantly enhanced.
Mr. Chen Hongkai, Chairman of the Board, paid close attention to this job analysis and training session. He provided pertinent comments on each participant’s work and offered encouraging remarks for the further learning and growth of the company’s middle and senior management personnel.
